HOW DO WE DO IT FOR YOU?

YOUR ARRIVAL
Based on the information we receive from our Reservation Center, you will be met at the airport and from that point on you don’t have to worry about a thing. Just relax, loosen up and enjoy every minute of your vacation. At the arriving airport there will be one of Gringo’s Cousins (an associate) at the exit door with a lollypop sign bearing your name. Unless we recognize you first, please approach to the “Cousin” holding your name sign and identify yourself. You will be assisted with your baggage and transported in an air-conditioned car to the Gringo’s Palapa reserved for you. Our staff will make sure that both the palapa and a bottle of Champagne are nicely cooled. There will be array of hors d’oeuvres available to you, as well as a basket of fresh tropical fruits. The terrace Jacuzzi will be filled with fresh water, and if your arrival is later in the evening, the beds will be turned down.

You will be assigned you’re a personal concierge or Personal Director (we call them PD’s) who will be available to you 7/24. You will also be given a cell/mobile phone with PD’s number programmed as No. 1 speed dial. All you have to do is punch “1#” and press “Talk” and you will immediately reach your PD.
Your PD will walk you through the unit and show you everything, including how the air conditioning is adjusted and controlled and other details you will want to be familiar with for your ultimate comfort.

You will be shown the window where a Continental breakfast and fresh coffee/tea will be awaiting you each morning, as the service staff will not be entering your unit to disturb you. You should tell them the approximate time you will be up so we can make sure that everything is fresh when you awake. If for some reason you crave for coffee or tea before your breakfast arrives, there is always a supply of coffee, a coffee maker, tea kettle and a selection of teas provided in the kitchen, which you are most welcome to use. Our staff will show you where such supplies can be found and how to operate the appliances, just in case you should have a question.

Should you wish us to prepare a special, hot breakfast for you, we would be happy to do this. However, we ask that you make such arrangements one day ahead with your PD. Please instruct us accordingly as to what kind of food you prefer, as well as the time you wish your breakfast to be served. In order to accommodate this request, service staff will have to enter into the unit. You will also arrange with your PD the times for cleaning, making the beds, turn-down service in the evening and other arrangements. You can change your arrangements at any time with advance notice to your PD.

If you are with us for purposes other than vacation (business, real estate purchase etc), the Gringo’s Cousin who met you at the airport will make all arrangements for those activities with you.
