We will give you all the warmth and pleasure of own home yet in ultimate luxury and worry-free enjoyment. OUR SERVICE starts with meeting our guests at the airport with air-conditioned SUV and transferring them to one of our “palapas.” Upon your arrival, a bottle of Champaign, a fruit basket and chilled cocktails of your choice will be awaiting you. You will be assigned a Personal Director (PD) to be at your disposal 24 hours during the entire duration of your stay. Anything that you will need and anything that you can think of to make your stay the most enjoyable one, we will be happy to do it for you. All you have to do is dial “1” on your cell/mobile phone that will be given to you upon arrival, and PD will respond immediately.

Our friendly maid with their daily service at your palapa will make sure that your palapa is sparkling clean, fresh fluffy towels supplied daily and candles lit at night. Your daily ala-carte breakfast with freshly brewed coffee or tea, will be delivered to your room exactly at the time you specify I your order. Should you wish something special, special meal, special dining experience, special trip somewhere, your PD will be happy to arrange it for you.
